Mongolian Script

While I was in Inner Mongolia, I was fascinated by the Mongolian characters. They look so difficult to learn! It sort of made me feel better because in comparison, Chinese characters seem so simple. I am not sure if that is because I am more used to looking at them and have learned a few Chinese charcters, or if it is because the Mongolian characters are truly difficult to understand. They look really cool thoug, very vertical and narrow.
